BANANA - Health Benefits and Nutritional Facts





Musa acuminata and Musa balbisiana are the two 

scientific names of banana.The name "banana" 

comes from an Arabic word meaning "finger".




 Bananas are grown in more than 100 countries in the southeast Asia, and India is the leading producer.
